Cell to Soul Nutrition is a Lifestyle Medicine & cPNI practice based in the Midlands and run by me, Ludmila Enticott. I work from different clinics with consultations available in Rugby (CV22), Leamington Spa (CV31) and Leicester (LE2),

I’m deeply interested in how our biology and behaviour are connected, especially when it comes to managing chronic conditions. Through the lens of evolutionary biology and epigenetics, we now appreciate how behaviours—often mistaken for a ‘lack of willpower’—actually follow a clear biological and emotional logic. What fascinates me are the dynamic influences of our environment, lifestyle, and personal experiences on how our genes are expressed and, ultimately, how we feel and behave. Exploring the behavioural side of health is central to my work, and I believe it holds the key to creating meaningful, lasting change.
I have extensive experience of working with sufferers of long-term chronic degenerative conditions through lifestyle modification with an emphasis on self-management. I also work part-time in the NHS as Senior Health and Wellbeing Coach in the EAST Primary Care Network – South Warwickshire GP Federation.
I have been studying subjects relating to Lifestyle Medicine since 2005 and I am currently taking a Masters in Clinical Psychoneuroimmunology (cPNI). I have a First Class BSc (Hons) degree in Nutritional Therapy from the University of West London and I am also qualified in Clinical Psychoneuroimmunology (cPNI), an advanced applied science that explores how external factors influence both physical and emotional health with adaptation resulting from systemic interconnections. cPNI focuses particularly on the prevention and management of chronic diseases. A key principle of my approach is recognizing each person as an individual with unique needs.
I have been a member of the British Society of Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine (BANT) since 2012 and I am a CNHC registered practitioner. I am also a member of the British Society of Lifestyle Medicine (BSLM), an independent charity set up in 2016 by GPs to promote the role of lifestyle medicine within healthcare.

Clinical approach
My clinical approach follows a systems biology model where ‘the whole is greater than the sum of the parts’. Body and mind are complex biological systems that network collaboratively in a dynamic self-organising way. The interpretation of symptoms, health and disease from this perspective means interventions require consideration for the whole person and the context of their lives. This framework fulfils my personal ambitions to work with individuals from an integrative perspective supported by science.
Over the years, one of my biggest concerns has been the need for people to understand and value the impact of their lifestyle choices on their health. Today we live in a fast world of unprecedented opportunities for learning and communicating, but the overwhelming amount of information available also contributes to misconceptions and confusion. The online sale of generalised solutions to individual problems is often at the core of misunderstandings. A critical component of effectively managing chronic disease through lifestyle interventions is ensuring that individuals understand the rationale behind each recommendation and can engage with strategies that are both practical and actionable. Sustainable change is more likely when people feel connected to the purpose of their care. Effective support should foster a growing sense of confidence and autonomy, enabling individuals to contextualize their condition within the broader framework of their personal lives and experiences.
My priority as a Health Coach and Lifestyle Medicine Practitioner is therefore to help people connect to and understand relevant information for their personal realities. Through a process of education, clients gain knowledge of health promoting strategies fit for their goals and circumstances. Medical history, familial background, lifestyle and dietary habits, emotional health, stress levels, socio-economic situation, mobility and time outdoors are all factors affecting someone’s health and ability to recover from challenges. With understanding that helps people connect the dots and identify underlying causes for their symptoms, they can make their own decisions on how to procede to influence the outcomes in the way that suits them personally.
With a background of over 15 years in teaching and education, I draw on this background to assess the needs of individuals and facilitate learning at different levels. Behaviour change is most effective when grounded in insight and relevance. My goal is to guide and support clients in their search for the connections between their bodily signals, their life and their health. Ultimately, I aim to help people in the selection of what is beneficial to them, within the context of their lives, adding to their own understanding and experience.
Lifestyle Medicine is complementary to conventional mainstream medicine. I therefore work in collaboration with GPs and other healthcare professionals to ensure individuals can achieve safe and effective results.
